Vietnam NDC Sectoral Report – Agriculture

In this study for agriculture, the IPCC Revised 1996 Guidelines on National GHG Inventory and Good Practice Guidance on National GHG Inventory in 2000 were used to develop the BAU scenario for agriculture in the period 2014-2030. The results show that GHG emissions from the agriculture
sector in 2020 and 2030 will reach 104.5 MtCO2e and 112.1 MtCO2e, respectively. These values are slightly higher that those of the NDC1.
