At the training, we will exchange about gender transformative approaches in your project work using real examples from IKI projects. The training will also introduce the gender mainstreaming cycle and how to promote the integration of gender actions and gender transformative policies among our colleagues and project partners, including identifying policy gaps to overcome them. In addition, you will learn how to apply the IKI Gender Strategy in your approaches and actions.
