From 19–22 October 2026, Viet Nam Climate Week 2026 will bring together government representatives, development partners, financial institutions, businesses, innovators, researchers and communities across Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho. The national platform aims to strengthen climate dialogue, mobilise multi-stakeholder participation and contribute to Viet Nam’s climate agenda and preparations for COP31.

Across four consecutive city events, the Week will connect different dimensions of Viet Nam’s climate transition: climate partnerships and energy transition in Hanoi; green finance and coastal resilience in Da Nang; climate enterprise, innovation and investment in Ho Chi Minh City; and climate-smart agriculture and Mekong Delta adaptation in Can Tho.

Vietnam Climate Week 2026 is facilitated by SNV Netherlands Development Organisation, New Energy Nexus Vietnam and World University Service of Canada, together with additional partners supporting individual city events. Week-wide and programme support is provided through existing partner resources, including support from projects funded by the International Climate Initiative (IKI) of Germany.

By connecting policy discussions with finance, enterprise innovation and locally grounded climate solutions, the Week aims to strengthen partnerships and help translate Viet Nam’s climate ambitions into coordinated action.
