Ms. Lieng Jrang K’Cham – A model of woman champion in Café-REDD project
Yu M’Nang Coffee, led by K’Cham, a female leader in the ethnic minority community in Lac Duong, has transformed her family’s coffee business from poor-quality traditional farming to a more sustainable and prosperous livelihood since 2019. With the help of SNV’s Café-REDD Project, Yu M’Nang has elevated coffee quality, introduced modern techniques, connected farmers with buyers, and trained farmers on sustainable practices. These efforts have benefited many farmers in her commune, boosting incomes and fostering hope for a better future.
