Economic analysis of the adoption of Agro-Climatic Bulletin (ACB) at farm level in Tien Giang province
Climate variability and extreme weather events have been affecting people, livelihoods, and ecosystems in many regions, especially coastal areas, in the world (IPCC, 2021). Providing climate services, defined by the World Meteorological Organization as a decision aide derived from climate information that assists individuals and organizations in society to make improved ex-ante decision- making, can increase adaptive capacity and improve agricultural production in regions vulnerable to climate variability impacts (Tesfaye et al., 2019).
