After submission of the dossier of Vietnam´s National Adaptation Plan (NAP) to the Prime Minister at the end of 2019, inter-ministerial consultations on the draft documents are ongoing. Recently, the Department of Climate Change (DCC) received the second round of comments from both the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) and the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and is now integrating this input into the draft versions with support from the IKI-funded interface SIPA project. Experts from SIPA revised the draft to ensure the NAP technical report met UNFCCC guidelines.
