As the most rapidly-growing country in Southeast Asia, Vietnam has immense potential to develop renewable energy, especially biomass energy. If biomass energy is utilized for energy production, it will reduce the country’s greenhouse gas emissions and environmental impacts as well as contribute to rural development.
